In Lorehaven, gold is merely a means to an end. The true economy is driven by Resources. Because the city sits on the edge of the unstable Rift, traditional farming and mining are dangerous and unreliable. Instead, the economy relies on a steady influx of exotic materials harvested by brave adventurers who dare to venture into the chaotic wilds.

These resources are not just used for basic survival. They are the fundamental components required to craft powerful magic items that allow citizens to push further north. A sword made of simple iron may rust in the acidic fogs of the Rift, but a blade forged from platinum and infused with Fire Essence will burn bright in the darkness.

Construction & Expansion

The wealth of an adventurer is not measured by the coin in their purse, but by the land they hold. Resources are the building blocks of civilization in Elara.

• Camps & Outposts: Outside the safety of the city walls, players must construct fortified camps to rest and resupply. These outposts serve as vital waypoints for trade caravans and safe harbors against the monsters of the wild.
• Houses & Shops: Within Lorehaven, success allows you to purchase land. Use stone and timber to build a mansion befitting a Lord, or construct a player-run shop to sell the rare gear and resources you find to other players.
